Security
Safeguarding you is of highest importance to myTOYS. We use a secure encryption protocol to encrypt all personal data that you type into our site before it travels across the internet.
- myTOYS uses technology called SSL- Secure Sockets Layer, a protocol to ensure maximum security of information transmitted online. This technology is used to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the internet.
- myTOYS uses a Thawte Certificate which provides the encryption keys for SSL.
- Visual cues on screen will provide you with confirmation that you are in a secured environment. A locked padlock icon appears in the bottom toolbar of the browser, signalling that you are currently in a secure area of the site.
- The only way to access an account or place an on-line order is by entering both your password and registered e-mail address. We strongly recommend you keep your password secret and advise you to keep it in a secure place as you are liable for all orders made under your login.
